Advisory platform for Swiss financial institutions

The moment you turn the screen around.

Fincal is built for the 90 minutes in which your adviser and your client sit at the same table — and both see the same number.

Today

She nods. She has understood nothing.

The calculation happens in a spreadsheet only the adviser can read. The client gets a brochure, and an email two days later. By then the question actually asked at the table has gone cold.

One conversation

Ninety minutes, from the first question to the dossier.

  1. 00:00

    The situation is already there.

Salary, pension fund, tax, housing — entered once, in the client profile. No calculator asks again for what the profile already knows.

  2. 00:20

    The first question arrives.

“And what if we stopped two years earlier?” You change one value, and the answer is there before the sentence ends.

  3. 00:45

Now the client follows the maths.

One click and the screen switches to the client view: large numbers, a calm surface, not a single piece of jargon. The marginal rate becomes “your last francs are taxed at 32 per cent”.

  4. 01:10

    Two paths side by side.

Pension or capital, earlier or later, buy or rent. Not explained one after the other, but set next to each other — the decision is made in the room.

  5. 01:30

    She takes it home.

A printed dossier in your brand, carrying the numbers of this conversation. If she returns in a year, today’s position is still there.

One model

One profile. Thirty-eight calculators. One dossier.

A collection of separate calculators asks for the same figure every time, and none of them knows about the others. Fincal computes on one continuous model: what is established once holds everywhere — and when the basis changes, every calculation downstream changes with it.

The household's marginal tax rate

From income, assets, marital status and municipality. Determined once — and the same figure in every housing calculation thereafter.

The municipality's tax curve

Sampled once from the Federal Tax Administration, then evaluated locally for every year of the plan — across forty years if need be.

Provenance

Every figure carries its reference date.

No regulatory value sits in the code. OASI pensions, occupational pension rates, pillar 3a maximum deductions and conversion rates live beside it as versioned datasets — each with its period of validity and its official source. A new year is a file, not a release.

Tax comes live from the tax administration.

Income tax, wealth tax and lump-sum withdrawal tax for every Swiss municipality — not from a table someone maintains, but from the Federal Tax Administration's own calculator. A table that has to be maintained is a lag risk.

For your institution

Your brand. Your languages. Your data.

Four languages, as equals
German, French, Italian and English — down to numbers, currency and dates. Whoever advises in Lausanne advises in French.
Your identity, not ours
The logo, the colours and the footer of every dossier belong to your institution. Layout and calculation are identical for everyone.
Data held in Switzerland
Dossiers and documents never leave the country. Encryption, defined retention periods, an audit log on every access.
Staff only
No self-service. Access belongs to the institution, not to the end client.

We will turn the screen around once for you.
